Ezra spent his corporate career as a Senior Human Resources executive at companies such as Verizon (CHRO) and Limited Brands. He is currently the CEO and Founder of Ezra Singer + Associates and consults with executives on how to maximize their pay when changing jobs and with companies on designing executive compensation plans to win in the marketplace. He is the past president of the Jewish Federation of Florida’s Gulf Coast and an active Big Brother.
