As a Commercial Real Estate broker specializing in the Central Florida Industrial market since 1985, Scott has sold hundreds of acres of land and handled transactions on over a million square feet of commercial/industrial buildings. In addition to being broker and president of Commercial Partners Realty, Scott is a founding member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and a Past President.
